How do I break up with him?

I'm now a freshman! and my boyfriend is in 8th. How can I break up with him? I don't want to hurt him because he's my crushes best friend! and its so hard going out with him whens hes in a diffrent school. Help? and im mature for my age!How do I break up with him?
Just take it easy on him and say that its hard being in different school, and maybe u can try next year when he is in ur schoolHow do I break up with him?
Do it in person, and tell him the relationship is not working out.





Be strong, and don't give in when he says he can change, or asks you if you're dating someone else (you can tell him no, that your relationship is just not working out). It may hurt him a little bit at first, but it will be better in the long run.





What will hurt long-term is if you turn around and date his best friend. That's just dirty. If you're as mature as you say you are, restrain yourself.
honestly, i know this might sound kind of mean, but don't say ';we need talk.'; All that will do is bring up questions as to what you're about to say, and add some awkwardness to the moment. just go up to him the next time you see him, and say something along the lines of ';I still really like you, but it's hard with us going to different schools. We are never able to talk except on IM or texting.'; that kind of thing. OR! just wait it out until he's at your school next year, and then start going out again. This is just my personal opinion. do it over the phone thats the easiest. not to tacky and u avoid tears... but what is tacky ur falling for his best freind. but if u really like him then go for it. jst know not only will u be looseing a bf u will be looseing a friend. and all u have to is be honest on the phone. im no longer intrested u didnt do anything. and thats it. u dnt have to give details..

well DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BREAK UP USINGTECHNOLOGYY that i think is the worst. but ovcorse dont be rude mean or dissrespectful.....make surre it is in a quiet place just you and him...if you tell him in front of peers it will make him feel like the underdog.............
