How do i break up with him?

Ok, i really liked the guy one day and said yes when he asked me out then today i just dont like him. he didnt do anything i just dont like him anymore and he really likes me and i dont want to hurt him, but i cant lead him on. (i hate it when ppl wanna break up wit some1 and then dont because they dont wand to hurt the them and then avoid them from then on) I just dont know what to do, plus we are friends so i dont wanna mess that up but i dunno what to do, how can i not hurt him.

jsut tell him that he should be with someone that would really like to get to know him and that right now you need to focus on your schooling, WHICH YOU SHOULD BE!!!!
