Does it really matter what mood they are in NOW? Breaking up with them will put them in a bad mood anyway. If you have to ask that question that way then it sounds like he is immature and/or has a temper or worse. regardless he's gonna be in a bad mood so it really honestly doesn't matter. and definitely do it in person. just start talking about why you wanna break up with a guy
good mood I think is better for us to be friend so let break up and I think we will be better for each of us or just text him and say it over
It's always easier to break up with someone if you're fighting with them but thats my opinion.
