Help!!!! How do I break up with him?

Okay so I have this huge problem. I've been dating this guy who is a year younger than me. I thought I really loved him but now I'm definitely sure that I don't. I'm only 17 and I just want to have to fun. I really want to end this relationship, but here's the problem: He has no clue how I feel and his mom is my boss. She loves me and I know that she would never fire me just because i didn't want to date her son anymore, but there is still gonig to be that akwardness. anybody got any idea how I can break this off without seeming like a complete jerk and without ruining my relationship with his mom.Help!!!! How do I break up with him?
Just be upfront and honest with him! His mom is going to see you as her son's ex-girlfriend anyways, so wouldn't you rather have her think of you as mature and respectable than cowardly and immature? Do things normally with your boyfriend, and don't even bring his mother into the mix. If you do it the right way, and his mom is a nice person, then you won't get fired and she'll totally understand. Remember she was a teenage girl, too, once!

explain to him that your feelings aren't as strong for him anymore,and that you know they won't get any stronger again, and that means that you don't want to stay with someone who you don't care enough about. Just be truthful with him.
